2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The Controller processes personal data mainly for the purpose of entering into a contractual relationship and the legal basis is the performance of the contract, i.e. the delivery of goods and provision of services, and for marketing purposes (data pursuant to Article 3(g)).

In addition to this, the Controller may process personal data for the performance of legal obligations, in particular obligations within the meaning of accounting and tax legislation. Furthermore, for the establishment, exercise and defence of legal claims. After the termination of the provision of services, the Controller may retain some of the personal data the processing of which is necessary for the protection of the Controller's rights and the possible defence of legal claims, including the recovery of outstanding payments.

3. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

Personal data of data subjects are processed within the scope of:

1. name and surname;
2. date of birth;
3. residence, registered office, or other specified address;
4. identification number;
5. email;
6. telephone number;
7. photographs of the goods delivered and installed.

4. PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are processed and stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period for which the Controller is obliged to store personal data under generally binding legal regulations or for the period for which consent has been given. In other cases, the processing period is based on the purpose of the processing, which must be proportionate, or is determined by data protection legislation.

5. INFORMATION ON POTENTIAL RECIPIENTS AND INTENTION TO TRANSFER INFORMATION

The Controller shall only disclose personal data to authorised employees of the Controller and to individual processors of personal data contracted by the Controller, but always only to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of the individual processing purposes on the basis of the corresponding legal title for the processing of personal data.

In cases provided for by law, the Controller is obliged to transfer certain personal data on the basis of applicable legislation, for example to law enforcement authorities or other public authorities. The controller does not intend to transfer the personal data of the data subject to a third country or an international organisation.

6. FURTHER INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The data subject acknowledges that he or she has the right to request information from the Controller about the scope of the data processed by the Controller, to request access to and to have such data updated or corrected, and to request the erasure of such personal data. Furthermore, the data subject is entitled to object to the processing of personal data. In case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, the data subject is entitled to contact the Controller or the supervisory authority, namely the Office for Personal Data Protection. The data subject declares that he/she has been sufficiently informed of his/her rights regarding the processing of personal data, that the above personal data is accurate and true and is provided to the Controller voluntarily.
